This is a reminder for Camping/Climbing at Sugarloaf on Friday, May 03, 2024 TO Sunday, May 05, 2024
Location: Sugarloaf Mountain, Maryland
Remarks: Turner Farm Campground
Description: Camp and Climb at Sugar Loaf Mountain MD.
On this outing scouts will have a chance to learn and use climbing skills while having a great time on the rocks. The climbing will take place at Sugarloaf Mt. Maryland where we will have direct access to the Climbing area. We will have a great time and possibly have a chance to earn parts of the climbing merit badge if not the entire thing. We will also be offering an opportunity to try repelling and be that spy/seal flying down a wall.
Scouts will be working with NCAC climbing instructors, supported by Troop climbing instructors.
All levels of climbers are welcome.
Cost is $34 per scout.
