Remarks: Introdcution to Leadership Skills for Troops (ILST)
Description: The ILST course is to teach Scouts with leadership positions about their new roles and how to most effectively reach success in that role. This is mandatory for the SPL, ASPLs, and Patrol Leaders. All other positions, including Assistant Patrol Leaders are recommended. Others are welcome
