Conclave
What is Conclave?
Conclave is the biggest and best OA event available to Arrowmen in our area. Conclave will be attended by 500+ Scouts and Scouters from all over Maryland, Delaware, Virginia, and Washington, D.C. Conclave is a full weekend of activities and experiences designed to take Scouting to the next level. The event offers the best opportunity to engage in top-notch training, friendly athletic competitions, and form meaningful friendships with your fellow Scouts. You will also get to experience two invigorating shows and participate in activities such as water sports, shooting sports, rock climbing, and much more! Conclave is a fantastic event for everyone; it doesn’t matter how involved in the OA you are or how long you have been an Arrowman – you do not want to miss this year’s Conclave!
When & Where is Conclave?
Conclave will be held the weekend of May 17-19 at Camp William B Snyder in Haymarket, VA. As it may be a long drive for many, please reach out to your lodge or chapter leadership if you need to make a carpooling arrangement.
I’m New to the OA; Why Should I Come to Conclave?
Conclave is one of the most memorable OA events that you can attend, and it is the perfect first event for you! Conclave is your chance to discover what the OA is all about and make new friends from all across the mid-Atlantic. We have program designed specifically for new Arrowmen, so you’re sure to have the opportunity to learn more about our organization and bond with your fellow Arrowmen. As a bonus, new members (anyone who has completed their Ordeal since the last Conclave) is eligible for a special discounted rate!
